Matcha Green Tea Cup Cake
With very simple steps, you can make a strong flavour cup cake using your own cup.
- 4 table spoon all purpose flour
- 1 tea spoon (2-3g) matcha powder (Meiko Uji Matcha)
- 1/4 tea spoon baking powder
- 1 table spoon white sugar
- 3 table spoon non-fat milk
- 1/2 table spppn vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients in a 250ml cup, and whisk it until all evenly mix together. Microwave for 60-80 seconds, cool it down then it's ready to eat.
