Shipping Information

Fees

For Malaysia, shipping fees as below:

  • West Malaysia : RM6  , Free over RM100 order
  • East Malaysia : RM10 , Free over RM200 order

 

Shipping Time

During the pandemic, some orders may takes more than a week to ship out due to delay in many of our restock shipment.

We normally ship out every order in the same or next business days after receive your order, 1-3 days delay could happen during certain period of the month. 

Tracking code will be sent out to you via email after we ship out, please make sure you check your junk mail folder if you do not receive our email. We normally send out the tracking code after 8pm everyday. We advise customer to check directly with the courier company in case of any shipment issue happen.

Please make sure someone at the destination to receive the parcel, please contact the shipper directly to arrange re-delivery or other special instruction. In case of parcel returned back to us, we will charge shipping fees for resend.

 

Courier Partner 

We do not have a fix courier partner as we have to switch to a different courier partner when current courier is not doing a good job. In case of any delay, please check with the shipping company directly regarding your parcel deivery status. Please note that we select courier service base on the destination address, we may not be able to fulfil your request to use your favorite courier service as this will incur extra cost and time, sorry about this.

 

Receiving Parcel

We will notify you through email after we ship out your order, please make sure there is someone to receive the parcel during delivery. If the parcel is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we will charge shipping fees again for re-delivery.

If delivery status is "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your family members, friends or security guard, they may have received it on behalf of you. Please check with the shipping company.

 

Additional Request

We are not part of the shipping company, please be informed that we are not able to control or instruct shipping staff on any special request such as

  • Deliver on certain time frame
  • Call before delivery
  • Wait at certain location
  • etc

 

Oversea

We will gladly ship to any country other than these, please request shipment by sending an email to contact@matcha.my.
