Return Policy
Matcha green tea products are classified as food items. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color/taste profile. As a natural product, matcha may exhibit slight differences due to environmental factors such as weather conditions, differences between harvest batches, or storage conditions. Color/taste perception can also be subjective.
However, if the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within three (3) days from the date of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement.
