Shizuoka is the largest green tea growing region in Japan. Shizuoka is known for its great quality of green tea. Our kitchen matcha is made from Tencha leaf grown in Shizuoka. Instead of buying 30g package, this 100g packaging is suitable for those who want to buy in larger quantity with lower price, especially for cafe or restaurant use.
Contains 100% matcha powder, no additive. Stronger matcha taste compare to premium grade, suitable for culinary or kitchen use. It's good for blending with coffee, dessert or smoothies. This is a cheaper but still a good choice for matcha latte.
For those who prefer better grade with higher umami, Kaze or Meiko Uji Matcha are good candidate for culinary.
