Meiko Uji matcha is a classic matcha from Uji, Kyoto. This matcha has deeper matcha taste as well as the aroma as compared to other culinary grade matcha. Meiko is normally used as higher culinary grade for food and dessert preparation during special event or high-end restaurants.
On the other hand, Meiko Uji matcha is sterilized matcha, good for making ice-cream or cold dessert directly where no heating process involved. It's good for food making process where both heating or non-heating process involved.
Meiko may taste slightly stronger if compared with Daily Matcha or higher grade, but it's still good to drink as sugarless matcha tea if you don't mind the stronger flavor.
