We normally ship out every order in the same or next business days after receive your order, 1-2 days delay could happen during certain period of the month.
Tracking code will be sent out to you via email after we ship out, please make sure you check your junk mail folder if you do not receive our email. We normally send out the tracking code after 8pm everyday.
Please make sure someone at the destination to receive the parcel, please contact the shipper directly to arrange re-delivery or other special instruction. In case of parcel returned back to us, we will charge shipping fees for resend.
Normally we ship out via Pos Laju/Airpak (within Malaysia) or DHL/Aramex/TNT (Oversea). In case of any delay, please check with the shipping company directly regarding your parcel deivery status.
We will notify you through email after we ship out your order, please make sure there is someone to receive the parcel during delivery. If the parcel is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we will charge shipping fees again for re-delivery.
