Matcha Lemon Iced Tea
- Put matcha powder into your cup (about 100-200ml capacity)
- Pour 1/2 hot water into the cup and whisk matcha until it fully dissolved in water (sift matcha is recommended)
- Squeeze lemon and add the juice into your cup.
- Add water until 90% full.
- Add 1 tea spoon of sugar, you may add more or less depending on your taste.
- Add mint leaves (optional)
